At first glance i thought this was going to be just a baseball book But after getting through it, it offers so much for every human athlete young, old, male, female I especially loved the recipes and recovery techniques as I was unfamiliar with many of them Dr John really keeps it simple which seems like what we need of these days in youth sports and on life. THIS BOOK IS GROUND BREAKING I ordered this book because I had heard that Dr Tommy John was a great trainer with very unique ideas on strength and overall health As someone who is always researching to find the best training methods, I can tell you that after just a few days of training under his approach, I already feel different I thought this book might be the wrong choice after the first 10 pages because I do not have children, but boy was I wrong THIS BOOK IS NOT JUST FOR PARENTS, ITS AN INSPIRATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL READ FOR ANYONE AGES 10 110 It does not matter if you have children, want children, or hate children, this book will change your prospective on health specifically on dieting, working out, and living in this ever changing technology obsessed world.
