This book is very informative and also the author is very frank and honest There are many books who pretend to provide the exact recipe and workout that worked for them. This book uses current science especially on diet and yet encourages some self exploration regarding best food choices and training approach There are no rules however guidelines and principles The author states this in the book and im a firm believer I appreciated especially the great information presented in a non egotistical or bro science way.Great job, good book

Comprehensive overview of how to start in bodybuilding The book goes over many tips and tricks outside the gym like diet and supplement strategies Basic starting lifts and workout splits I ll look for books from this author he is knowledgeable and gets to the point on what is effective.

Would have liked a little information as I like what and how I was presented with by the author But as far as a cliff notes version of bodybuilding information, this is a good starting point.
