    great read and insights into an interesting period in Canadian Hockey History A must read for any true hockey history buff Without Father Bauer and the National team, there could never have been best on best competition, ie without the National Team, there would not have been a Summit Series Many of the developmental principles and models have been applied ironically by USA hockey and is evident in USA s ascension up the hockey ranks with regards to player development Thank you Father Bauer and thank you Greg Oliver for telling this story
