The book was officially 52 pages long, however the index and the front as well as a few blank pages were counted too The text was in a rather large font either to aid readability or to give the impression of content i m not too sure which. The content that i flicked through seemed no than you could get from a basic google search which was really disappointing.Considering the price and what you receive this is really just not good enough.

O.k I m not an expert for martial arts or self defence although I had a lot of training during the years in both of it So I think I know a little about it.The book gives you a good introduction into the basic principles and techniques of Krav Maga.O.K you can t learn a self defence from a book you have to practice But after reading you know what s about and I think you have a good idea about the basics.I didn t gave 5 stars because I miss some pictures and drawings and some explanations werren t really logical for me But never the less in the general a great book which I really recommend

I think there was one illustration in the whole book I bought it based on the 5 star rating it had at the time but I have to question those reviews The book is very short on substance and usable material.
